Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

1. Safe Harbor & Nature of Service

Tiktok Video Downloader HD respects the intellectual property rights of creators and content owners and operates in strict accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and international copyright legislation.

Tiktok Video Downloader HD operates purely as an online media extraction utility and search client. We do not host, store, stream, publish, archive, or re-encode any video, audio, or multimedia content on our web servers. When a user enters a link, the tool directly resolves public media streams hosted on TikTok / ByteDance's Content Delivery Network (CDN) and transfers data straight to the user's local client browser. No video copies are ever retained on our systems.

2. Notice of Copyright Infringement (Takedown Requirements)

If you are a copyright holder or an authorized legal agent acting on behalf of a copyright owner and believe that content accessible through our utility infringes upon your copyrighted work, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

To be legally valid, your DMCA notice must include the following statutory elements:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the infringed copyright.
• Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
• Specific identification of the infringing material and direct URLs (e.g. TikTok post/video URLs) so we can identify and restrict the link.
• Adequate contact information for the complaining party, including full legal name, company or organization, telephone number, and a verified email address.
• A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notification & Repeat Infringers Policy

Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), an affected user who believes their content link was blocked or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Agent containing their legal identity, statement under penalty of perjury, and consent to jurisdiction.

In accordance with Section 512(i) of the DMCA, we enforce an active Repeat Infringer Policy. Any user IP address or account that repeatedly facilitates unauthorized access to copyrighted materials will be permanently blocked from using our services.
